Conference Fees

Senior Scientist : 870 €  (VAT included)
Young Scientist :   650 €  (VAT included)
Accompanying Person : 280 € (VAT included)

The conference fee covers all meals from dinner on September 27 through lunch on October 2, as well as coffee breaks.
The fees for accompanying persons cover all meals, on-site accommodation (sharing a room with a registered participant) and the excursion on Wednesday afternoon.
Accommodation is provided on site, with single rooms allocated to senior scientists and twin rooms to young scientists. Young scientists are defined as Master’s and PhD students, as well as postdoctoral researchers, up to the age of 35.

The Wednesday afternoon excursion is sponsored.
