Conference Fees
- Senior Scientist : 870 € (VAT included)
- Young Scientist : 650 € (VAT included)
- Accompanying Person : 280 € (VAT included)
- Industrial Partner : 1170 € (VAT included)
The conference fee covers all meals from dinner on September 27 through lunch on October 2, as well as coffee breaks.
The fees for accompanying persons cover all meals, on-site accommodation (sharing a room with a registered participant) and the excursion on Wednesday afternoon.
Dietary preferences can be communicated during the registration procedure.
Accommodation is provided on site, with single rooms allocated to senior scientists and twin rooms to young scientists. Young scientists are defined as Master’s and PhD students, as well as postdoctoral researchers, up to the age of 35.
The Wednesday afternoon excursion in Evian is sponsored.
Registration
Registration is done through the “Azur-Colloque” platform:
- Go to the “Azur-Colloque” registration website (https://dr11.azur-colloque.fr/inscription/en/359/inscription). You will be prompted to successively provide the following informations:
– Personnal details (your name, organisation and email address), and validation with the security code (Captcha).
– Logistical information: your dates of stay, dietary preferences (sorry it is in French), and a consent regarding the right to one’s image.
– Billing details (to prepare the invoice).
– Type of participation category (young or senior scientist, accompanying person or industrial partner). - In the following step you will be asked to execute payment by either credit card (accepted cards are CB, VISA, Matercard and e-cartebleues), or by bank transfer /purchase order (bon de commande in French).
Payment by credit card and bank transfer : immediately following the credit card transaction, or after selecting the bank transfer option you will receive by email an automatically generated invoice that contains billing details (payee, SIRET number, VAT number, IBAN, etc.). For payment via credit card, there is a two-factor authentication that sometimes fails; in this case, please restart the payment process.
Payment by purchase order (bon de commande) is available only to French public institutions. Participant will be requested to provide the contact details of the funding organisation and its VAT number.
Please be aware that your registration is not taken into account until payment has been received. All payments are final. Refunds can be made in two cases only: refusal of your visa application or a medical emergency.
